Stuck in the In-Between
The “in-between” is a really bad place to be. The “in-between” is where you know you can’t go back to the way things used to be, but you also don’t know how to move forward to what is better, or are hesitant to move forward to what is better.
Being in the “in-between” causes malaise. Unhappiness. Dissatisfaction. Your mind has been so changed that you no longer want things to be the way they are now, but at the same time, for some reason, change seems hard or impossible.
Stuck between a dream and reality.
I say go for it! We have to find some kind of way to get out of the in between. Whether it be about weight/health, a relationship, careers, whatever. You have to get out of the in between. It would be a shame to wake up 10 years from now and realize that the same dreams you had 10 years ago are still just as far away as they were then.
Finding the motivation to start the change is a must. There’s such satisfaction in at least being on the path.
